How we will assist you:-
Once contact has been made, one of our call handlers will listen sympathetically to your accident circumstances, taking details.

If the call handler feels you would benefit from legal advice and investigation you will be advised that your claim will be passed to a specialist solicitor immediately.

If we feel we cannot help you, we will advise you on the initial telephone call, you are free to seek advice elsewhere.

The solicitors should give you full advice on your claim. They will explain the procedure i.e. their forms to complete and requesting any further information they should require. You may already have legal expense insurance but if not, these types of claims are successfully run under a ‘no win, no fee agreement’, where you pay nothing if you should lose your case. Your solicitor will explain this before your claim is started.
